In 2005, Mr. Jiang, the founder of goodluck dried chilli exporter, started to trade in dried chillies. At first, he was engaged in the acquisition of peppers as a middleman, selling paprika to chilli processing companies in Qingdao to make a living. He took the train to the pepper production areato buy peppers. Often have to endure up to 40 hours of travel. In order to ensure the quality of the products, he often lives in farmers’ homes,which has accumulated a lot of product experience for him. After China joined the WTO, the dried chilli export business ushered in a blowoutdevelopment. Mr.jiang decided to start his own chilli export business.
